Focused investments will be carried out directly or via subsidiaries across a wide range of industries and asset classes, including events management, video & photography productions, office supplies and the restaurants and fine dining sector with a main focus on industry startups.

The company will also be exploring opportunities across multiple geographical markets. The first targeted markets are United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Georgia and Portugal. Long term plans will include other markets in the MENA + Region.

The holding will play an active role in stimulating and guiding the development of its constituent companies. These companies will aim to be leading specialists in their own respective fields.

The company will have a long-term investment perspective with a preference to grow organically through acquisitions in fields where the management has significant experience.

The company will make most investments using its own equity capital, which allows optimum flexibility in terms of financing, and consequently swift investment decisions.
